Corporate fund<\/strong> \u2013 a legal entity established in the form of a joint-stock company that carries out exclusively collective investment activities.<\/em><\/p>\n

Mutual fund<\/strong> \u2013 a pool of assets owned by the participants of such a fund under joint partial ownership, managed by an asset management company and accounted for separately from its business activities.<\/em><\/p>\n

The asset management company ensures a comprehensive and individualized approach to providing investors (participants) of collective investment institutions (CIIs) with services for ensuring the functioning of CIIs, attracting investments using CII instruments, and conducting operations with CII assets while maintaining confidentiality in planning and carrying out CII activities.
