LLC “AMC “CIP” conducts its professional activities on the basis of a License for professional activity in the capital markets – asset management of institutional investors (asset management activity), issued by Decision of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market No. 1473 dated October 28, 2014; validity period: from December 4, 2014 – unlimited.

LLC “AMC “CIP” has an authorized capital of UAH 13,559,000.00, which complies with the requirements established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
